Role Description

The Estimator position is a full-time on-site role located in Dublin. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality and accurate proposals and estimates for lightning protection, surge protection and earthing systems. The Estimator will also assess and analyse tender documentation, complete material take-offs, liaise with clients and suppliers, and attend client meetings to gather relevant information when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction or electrical industry, with knowledge of lightning protection systems, surge protection devices, and earthing systems
• Experience with estimating and tendering, including thorough knowledge of construction costs, materials, estimating software and techniques
• Excellent numerical and analytical aptitude, with strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software, and CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical information to clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Candidates who possess a valid driver's license are preferred
