This job is a SITE BASED position in Dublin 15, Ireland


We Care About Your Engagement

In this exciting and strategic role you will work with the site management team and ensures all local maintenance activities are planned and coordinated in line with the agreed maintenance schedule. The Site Performance Engineer shall support the site management team to maintain all KPI’s to an acceptable level and ensure effective communications are established and maintained between the site engineering team, Central Planning, and our key vendors/contractors. Technical duties shall include monitoring of BMS (BUILDING MONITORING SYSTEM) systems, interpreting technical reports and development of maintenance program.


You ensure the organization is prepared for the future by working with the Engineering Operations Manager, Team Leaders and technicians to manage work priority, develop work orders/packages, define parts, material, trades and skills required to carry out maintenance activities.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Shall work with the Engineering Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and technicians to manage work priority, develop work orders/packages, define parts, material, trades, and skills required to carry out maintenance activities.

  • Support incident and change management processes from an Engineering perspective

  • Develops and implements preventive maintenance activities.

  • Technical oversight and support of facility as and when required. Duties to include monitoring of BMS system and contractor performance reviews.

  • Supports the development, administration, training, and use of the CAFM (Computer Assisted Facility Management) system at a local site level.

  • Supports the Central Planning and local engineering teams to achieve agreed internal and external targets (KPI reporting and development), including attending site customer meetings.

  • Ensures maintenance activities are planned, coordinated, and executed to ensure 100% uptime and zero customer impact.

Your expertise includes:

  • Experienced in maintenance planning within a critical environment, control of RAMS and PTW processes.

  • Use and operation of BMS systems (ideally Schnieder Eco Structure).

  • CAFM experience essential (preferably Oracle).

  • Eye for detail on planning work packages.

  • Able to solve issues and report back independently to the engineering team.

  • Experienced in complex multi stake holder planning to ensure critical path delivery.

Your skills and attitude;

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of CAFM systems.

  • BMS operations and management experience.

  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification (or working towards).

  • Formal engineering qualification, NVQ Level 5 or above

  • Proven planning and scheduling skills within a critical environment.
