Job Summary:

We are looking for 0-2 years of Salesforce experience doing basic Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, handling support tickets, training, and building reports and dashboards. The individual in this role will liaison with users and the wider Kingspan Data and Flooring businesses under a divisional Salesforce team structure working with the divisional Architectural Manager and Developer. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform who has a desire to keep learning and to better understand the business and translating processes into technical solutions.


Responsibilities:

o   User Support Tickets (incidents and change requests)

o   User & license Management including new user setup, deactivation, permission sets, and public groups.

o   Training and partial training material support

o   Monitoring adoption

o   Gathering requirements for users and stakeholders including feedback

o   Salesforce Configurations such as Feilds, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings, dashboards, and reporting (Flow experience not needed but highly favorable)

o   Assist in Org Maintenance around data integrity & mass uploads.

Education and Experience:

o   0-2 years of Salesforce platform experience

o   Salesforce Administrator Certification not required upon hiring but favorable.

o   Must have some hands-on experience on Sales Cloud (Tailhead Badges Acceptable)

o   Business systems analysis and project management skills

o   Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible.

o   Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project, and Outlook).
