The Sales Support Administrator will oversee administrative tasks and support the sales and presales teams, ensuring the smooth running of Pre Sales & Sales Office Functions. This role will encompass managing the sales cycle, from being the first point of contact for all sales queries, generating quotes and processing orders to liaising with the projects delivery team and creating sales reports.
What you’ll be doing as our Sales Support Administrator:
To assist with Processing Orders on a live CRM system and inputting information into the CRM Database
Assist with creating Small Quotations
Invoicing assistance to the components division
Managing Sales Portals and recording progress on each tender
To be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and email communication for the Estimations / Sales Departments
General office administration consisting of photocopying, scanning, shredding
To assist in various administrative tasks, such as, Tender Document Collation
To assist (in times of absence) in various management tasks including production of monthly Pre Sales/Sales Reports and Internal Communications
Organising Kick off meetings and minute taking
Assisting the Estimations/Sales team to ensure adherence to processes and procedures
Involvement in co-ordination and handover of information where necessary to Operational teams
Understanding commercial sensitivity when dealing with customers and applying commercial attitude in a reasonable manner
Ensuring all proposals, presentations and customer documentation is to a high standard and suitable for customer consumption
All information provided to be of a high level of detail and accuracy
What we’re looking for in our Sales Support Administrator:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with CRM Systems
Experience with ERP Systems
Experience in a fast-paced service driven office environment
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Power Bi Capability Knowledge is advantageous
