ABOUT THE ROLE
Main Responsibilities
• Reviewing contract documents, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with the system design standard
• Implementing project specific international fire protection design standards; NFPA, BSEN 12845, FM global and LPC
• Attending client meetings, administering technical submittals and producing project schedules
• Ensuring projects are carried out in compliance with our ISO 9001 system
• Estimate and control costs on projects using our ERP system and provide financial reports
• Schedule the production of drawings with our design department ensuring current drawings are in circulation
• Liaise with our QEHS manager to ensure all quality, environmental and health & safety requirements are met
• Identifying and managing any additional works
• Coach and support team members with tasks you assign them
Key Qualifications / Skills
•A degree in engineering is desirable
•Minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the fire protection/construction industry
•Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
•High level of computer literacy
Full, clean driving license.
