Capcon Engineering are rainwater roof drainage specialists providing design consultation and sub-contractor services for architects, engineers and main contractors in large scale construction.

Due to immediate requirements, we are currently looking to recruit a project admin assistant who is eager to learn on the job, put their skills to the test and is driven to succeed. As a project admin assistant, you will assist other members of the project team to drive projects forward. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects across a wide array of sectors. These include residential, commercial, data centers and pharmaceutical, education, health care, sports facilities to name but a few.

Successful applicants should have strong communication skills, be highly motivated and good at building relationships with colleagues and clients alike.  You must also have excellent time management skills and be committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting & supporting the QS and other team members daily

  • Providing assistance on all tender queries & follow up with clients regarding status

  • Maintaining all admin related to bid process

  • Assisting with project planning

  • Updating and maintaining our CRM system

  • Sales & Marketing support on an ad hoc basis

  • Reporting on tender progress to QS & Divisional Director

  • Other duties as assigned


Your Skills & Experience

  • Relevant Degree desirable but not essential e.g. - Project Management, Construction Management, Marketing, Business

  • Ability to acquire necessary technical knowledge and skills to perform the job more effectively

  • Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable working on PC daily

  • Good organisation skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize work

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues & clients

  • 1 – 2 year’s experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
