Modulise is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager/Pipework Supervisor with a strong trade background in pipe fitting, particularly in data centre or life science environments. The role involves overseeing the precise installation of pipework onto multi-service modules within a factory setting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Isometric drawings and a commitment to quality and precision in QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pipework Installation Supervision: Lead pipework installation onto multi-service modules, ensuring high precision and adherence to project specifications.

  2. Technical Expertise: Utilise extensive knowledge in pipe fitting from data centres or life science environments to interpret Isometric drawings accurately.

  3. Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring millimetre accuracy and high-quality standards are maintained.

  4. Team Leadership: Direct and support a skilled team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

  5. Project Management: Effectively manage project schedules, resources, and timelines.

  6. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues.

  7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the installation process.

  8. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant safety standards and legal requirements.

  9. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records and provide comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.


  • Trade qualification in pipe fitting, preferably within data centres or life science environments.

  • Proven experience in mechanical project management, particularly in pipework installation. at a foreman or supervisor level

  • Proficiency in interpreting Isometric drawings with high accuracy.

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and quality control processes.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
