Based in Dublin, our headquarters enable us to efficiently serve our clients in various locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a General Manager of Service. The General manager will be responsible

  • Leading and managing the day to day operations within the Service Department, including service team scheduling, training and support

  • Building and maintaining solid customer relationships

  • Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance customer experience and meet service objectives

  • Fostering a customer-centric culture within the service team

  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requests, work orders and documentation, maintaining high attention to detail and quality

  • Conducting regular quality inspections of service work to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations

  • Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on service performance, key metrics and improvement initiatives

  • Key account management

  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing

  • Implementing IT service management strategies,

  • Providing effective team leadership.

This role is primarily located in Dublin but allows for some remote work.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or related field (Preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in service management, ideally in the fire protection industry

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and software for tracking and monitoring service performance

  • Team Leadership, Service Delivery, and Operations Management skills

  • Budgeting and IT Service Management skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience in the fire protection industry is preferable
