ABOUT THE ROLE
Evolve Graduate Program
Ethos recognises that development of people is key to building internal capabilities and supporting the overall organisation strategy. Ethos has always encouraged our people to develop their skills and knowledge through traditional and non-traditional methods.
The Evolve Graduate Program was launched in early 2022 to introduce recent graduates into all aspects of the business as well as in depth technical engineering principles and non-technical skills, which will kickstart their careers by providing real experience from the very start.
Our previous graduates and interns have said that the program provides real work experience, real clients and exciting projects, with amazing mentorship and support throughout the program and beyond.
